Piercing Scream is conveniently located in Roswell Market Place at 10800 Alpharetta Highway, suite 268.

From Highway 400, exit Mansell Road, head West towards Roswell.

Mansell intersects Alpharetta Highway At the intersection, cross over Alpharetta Highway, get into the right lane, turn right into Roswell Market Place (look for Starbuck's on the corner in the plaza).

We are located behind Starbucks and next to Ya Shu Yuen Asian Bistro restaurant (towards the left as you enter the complex from Mansell Road.)

NOTE: we are closed between 3:30 and 4:30 PM  daily. We re-open at 4:30 PM.

Hours are subject to change. Please call ahead if you wish to make an appointment. The only way to guarantee an appointment is to schedule one. Leaving a message is not sufficient to ensure an appointment. We will schedule your piercing based on a mutually agreed time. If you fail keep your sceduled appointment without informing us, a non-refundable desposit (by credit card) will be required to reschedule. The deposit will only be charged in the event you fail to make the appointment. If you keep the second appointment, the deposit will be credited to your piercing price.

Late appointments WILL BE CANCELLED (this includes re-check appointments!).

When scheduling an appointment, make sure you will have enough time to get to our shop before the indicated time. If you encounter a problem in arriving at our location, please have the courtesy to call or E-mail to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is scheduled for, say 2pm, BE THERE BY 2pm, NOT LATER.

When leaving a message, speak your number and name clearly and slowly. We cannot decipher garbled messages or phone numbers. Please be aware that cell phone messages may record poorly. AGAIN, leaving a message requesting a piercing does not ensure you an appointment unless confirmed by a staff member.

Long distance calls cannot be returned.

Policies

All children must be under parent's reasonable control while in the shop so as not to disturb other customers and piercers/employees .

* Must be at least 14 years of age for ear piercing. We may accept a younger age child provided they are prepared to obtain an ear piercing and be in control of themselves while being pierced.

* Must be at least 15 years of age for navel & facial piercings.

*Minor piercees must present current legal photo identification.

*Minors must be accompanied by legal guardian. Legal guardian must have photo identification and proof of such. Legal guardians, including step parents and divorcee's, must also provide court documentation proving custody.

*Legal guardian must remain on premises while their minor is being pierced.

*We do not pierce nipples or genitalia on minors. Candidates MUST be 18 and older.

*Emancipated minors must have proper legal documentation and photo identification in order to be pierced. Genital and nipple piercings on emancipated minors is not permitted, emancipated or not.

*We retain the right to refuse service to anyone.

All parties will be required to fill out our shop waiver before procedure.

NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE SHOP!

Shoes, Shirt required. No barefeet or shirtless folk.

CELL PHONE USE IN SHOP: Once inside, kindly turn off or mute your phone.

The taking of photographs is not permitted in shop without prior consent of the owner.

Three person limit to accompany the person being pierced. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 Abuse of our staff or other customers, be it verbal or physical, will result in the offending customer/s being asked to leave and possible assistance of fulton county police, if need be. Please treat our employees with respect and you will be treated in kind.
